  • Growth rate: medium-fast
  • Grow in 2 or 3 gallons or larger
  • Grow in well-drained soil; can tolerate moisture
  • Water needs: keep evenly moist-wet; prefers moisture, do not allow to dry out
  • Fertilizing: use a slow release, medium-rate fertilizer
  • Possible pests: aphids, occasional leaf spot, snails and slugs
  • Overwintering: no special needs
  • Will die back completely in winter
